Assistive Technology
According to the Assistive Technology Act of 1988, assistive technology refers to “any item, piece of equipment, or product that is used to increase, maintain, or improve functional capabilities of individuals with disabilities.”
To join the Education Service Center, Region 2 Assistive Technology Forum & Chat you must create a user account.
- Go to http://esc2.mrooms.net
- Click on the login button located at the top right corner of the page
- Read directions 1-7 under the heading "Is this your first time here?"
- Click the Create new Account button
- Email Kimberly for the course pass code

The ESC-2 Assistive Technology Advisory Committee has unanimously chosen the WATI assessment forms to streamline the AT assessment process for our districts. The forms are available in pdf format at no cost at:
